Who has courage, has an advantage

Consciously or unconsciously, we are stimulated every day. We get information from all over the world, anytime, anywhere. The Internet has gone from appendage to dependency. The consumer has become imperative, demanding and unsatisfied by nature. Today, how do we make ourselves noticed? How do we position ourselves?

Let's start here:

Cou-ra-ge
1.   The ability to do something that frightens one; bravery.
2.   Strength in the face of pain or grief.

Courage so that the projects surpass utopia, so that the risk is rule, so that we are not afraid to be entrepreneurs. It has become fundamental for companies – inserted in a frenetic changing market where the consumer is the main asset – to have courage to reinvent.

Increased attention to trends is imperative, to what the consumer thinks, asks and demands. When something is innovative, when is out of our standards, society reacts. Because the consumer is curious, wants to know and have the latest trend, or even to dominate it. And here we find some ideas. Let us remember the two questions: "How do we make ourselves noticed? How do we position our company "Understanding the consumer deeply, realizing where we want to stand for and from there, innovate through a unique culture. This is one of the pillars of courage: adaptation.

A company that nowadays has the capacity to adjust to the new trends of the market, evolve technologically, understand and work according to the needs and preferences of the clients is, indeed, an ambitious, persistent, visionary and, above all, courageous enterprise.

Example of this? Colquímica Adhesives: with 65 years of experience in the development and marketing of hot-melt adhesives for the industry, our company has a new branding. Based on the will to strength the partnerships with our clients and suppliers, Colquimica Adhesives had the courage to innovate, to follow new trends, to adapt to new realities. However, our essence is always the same.
